At Main St. Bistro we are not only committed to the best food from organic sources, we are also committed to the environment.  Co-owner, Dave Atkins, had our builders use recycled construction materials during the remodel.  Energy efficient light bulbs and bamboo flooring from a certified renewable resource were also used.   

Our Executive Chef and co-owner, Bill Atkins combines five years of formal culinary training and 20 years of experience to provide you with the most delectable cuisine possible.
